I can so relate to that, Charissa! As therapists, we need to find a balance between the two. I also prefer seeing at most 4 people in one day, one hour each because otherwise, it gets too emotionally draining for me.

I've been there too and I can totally empathize with you.

For me is very helpful to go outside at least once or twice a week, preferably in a park, and once a month to a spa to disconnect. Otherwise, I do yoga, meditation, write on Medium or watch some comedies. Also, I've been feeling the need to clean a lot lately, I guess it's also a way to mentally and energetically declutter and recharge. :))
